Cancellation & Exchange Information

SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

The reputation and the success of FaGamee rests on making you happy with your purchase. We value your support and welcome you to cancel your website, products, program, or training subscription at any time.

14-Day Cancellation Period: Unless you have a separate agreement with Complete Beauty Solutions, or except as provided below, refunds may be made on training products if requested and approved by a Complete Beauty Solutions or FaGamee representative within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase on the invoice for a refund or credit of the purchase price paid. After the 14-Day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to login and review the training and material within the first 14 days after purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

30-Day Cancellation Period: Unless you have a separate agreement with Complete Beauty Solutions, or except as provided below, refunds may be made on coaching products if requested and approved by a Complete Beauty Solutions or FaGamee representative within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase on the invoice for a refund or credit of the purchase price paid. Please note that all requests will be subject to a photo request for additional review, to determine the nature of a refund dispute and the amount to be reasonably refunded. After the 30-Day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to login and try the coaching program within the first 30 days after purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

Due to the natural nature of all hair and skin care products, they are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Any products cancellations made after products shipment will be subject to a website credit for products or services of equal or lesser value.

Note: All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Any products returned to Complete Beauty Solutions without prior authorization from a Complete Beauty Solutions or FaGame representative will be considered an unauthorized return, and you will not receive a refund or credit for the product and Complete Beauty Solutions will not ship the product back to you.

All approved returns must be received by Complete Beauty Solutions within 7 calendar days of the return approval date. Otherwise, the amount of the refund or credit may be reduced or eliminated.

If your request is approved, your refund or credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original payment method, or online account within 14 calendar days.

Payment Plans: In the unlikely event that multiple payments are missed consecutively, and we are unable to reach a reasonable agreement verbally or in writing, your participation in the program or training will be terminated. Furthermore, you will forfeit any previous monies paid for the program or training. Complete Beauty Solutions, LLC understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We are always willing to work with our clients and participants to find a solution that works for them. However, we ask that you communicate with us as soon as possible, if you are experiencing any difficulties with payment, so we can come to a mutually beneficial agreement.


Late or Missing Refunds/Credits (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet: First, check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you haven't received a credit yet: First, check your online account balance. Then, check your email, you may receive an email confirmation to retrieve a code at checkout with your next purchase. This code will carry your appropriate credit amount for usage toward any relevant website purchase and will not expire. Next, check your email "spam" folder. There is often some misplacing of important messages, if the company email is not recognized and saved in your address book.
